Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or related field

1–2 years’ experience in facilities, general services, or administration

Strong organizational and coordination skills

Knowledge of construction/renovation is a plus

Excellent communication and vendor management
-
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Willing to travel
Job Scope / Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain company premises; coordinate repairs and upgrades

Manage renovation and improvement projects, including budgeting and scheduling

Oversee third-party security services and ensure compliance

Supervise satellite warehouse improvements and conduct site assessments
