Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Agribusiness, Agriculture, or related field (Master’s a plus)
- 5+ years marketing experience, preferably in agri/fertilizer
- Strong knowledge of fertilizer use, farming practices & distribution channels
- Skilled in digital marketing, brand management & market research
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking & communication
- Willing to travel
Job Scope / Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead marketing strategies to drive sales and brand growth
- Manage integrated campaigns (digital, print, events, field promotions)
- Conduct market research and analyze trends
- Collaborate with sales, R&D, and production teams
- Strengthen brand presence among farmers, distributors & agri-dealers
- Organize trade fairs, expos, demos & CSR initiatives
